If you are scheduled to take the EPPP, and your testing date has been cancelled by Pearson VUE due to a testing center closure, we will provide you with a free extension for your subscription: If you currently have a 1-month subscription, we will provide you with a free 30-day extension. If you currently have a 3-month subscription, we will provide with a free 60-day extension. To receive this help:
You must have a paid subscription to our Basic, Plus, or Premium program that is currently active.
Please email support@prepjet.net a copy of your exam cancellation notification from Pearson VUE. (Please do not send the general notice about the closure of the testing centers.)

Pearson VUE is considered an enabling business for psychologists and other essential service workers. Based on this designation, Pearson VUE is attempting to re-open test centers in some locations. The decision to re-open a test center is based on factors such as local government guidance, staff availability, and the sufficient supply of cleaning and disinfectant materials. According to Pearson VUE’s website, “you can see test center availability when logged in to your online account. Only open test centers will appear in your search.”
